Most lookup issues come from marketplace mismatch, private listings or unsupported URLs.
- Confirm the ASIN and country marketplace.
- Try the product URL instead of copied text.
- Check whether the listing is live and indexed.
ScribeAI score stays below 50%.
The score usually needs better keyword coverage and marketplace-safe title structure.
- Add missing target keywords from KeySpy.
- Review title, bullets and backend terms.
- Regenerate after removing duplicate phrases.
PPC ACOS looks too high.
Start with spend that produced no sales, then move budget into proven search terms.
- Review negative keyword suggestions.
- Check dayparting windows and bid rules.
- Compare ACOS by keyword and campaign.
Chrome Extension does not appear on Amazon pages.
If the niche.ltd overlay is missing, it's almost always a permissions or extension state issue.
- Open chrome://extensions and confirm the extension is enabled.
- Click the extension icon and check site permissions include amazon.com.
- Reload the product page after granting permissions.
Cannot log in or access my account.
Login issues are usually a browser cache problem or an account that was registered with a different email.
- Try an incognito window to rule out cached session issues.
- Use the Forgot Password flow to reset via your registered email.
- Contact support with the email address used at registration.
BSR or sales estimates look outdated.
Data freshness depends on the marketplace and plan. Some fields update daily, others on a longer cycle.
- Check the 'Last updated' timestamp on the product card.
- BSR history reflects Keepa API data — gaps are normal for low-traffic ASINs.
- If data is consistently stale, submit a ticket with the ASIN and marketplace.
ScribeAI shows an error or won't generate.
Generation errors are usually caused by a timeout or an empty keyword list.
- Confirm at least one target keyword is entered before generating.
- Wait 30 seconds and click Regenerate — transient timeouts resolve on retry.
- If the error persists, clear the keyword list and re-import from KeySpy.
Etsy keyword search returns no data.
Etsy tool queries need a valid listing URL or shop name, not a search phrase.
- Paste a full Etsy listing URL (etsy.com/listing/…) instead of a search term.
- Confirm the listing is active — sold-out or removed listings return empty.
- Try the shop URL to pull top-performing tags from the seller level.
Walmart product search returns nothing.
Walmart data is AI-generated and may have query limits on lower plans.
- Try a shorter, broader search term rather than a long-tail phrase.
- Check your plan's Walmart search quota in Account > Usage.
- If quota is not the issue, submit a ticket with your search term.
