niche.ltd provides Amazon seller tools including keyword research (KeySpy), AI-powered listing optimization (ScribeAI), PPC analytics, and related services. Our platform is designed to help Amazon sellers optimize their product listings, analyze competitor keywords, and manage advertising campaigns across 9 marketplaces.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice before any material changes that affect your use of the platform.

To access niche.ltd services, you must create an account with a valid email address and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you represent that you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement. If you register on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.

You agree to use niche.ltd only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not: (a) use the platform to violate any applicable law or regulation, (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform, (c) use automated tools to scrape or extract data beyond the intended API functionality, (d) share your account with unauthorized users, or (e) resell access to the platform.

Violation of these usage rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

niche.ltd offers the following subscription plans: a permanent Free plan with core features, Starter plan at $39/month, Pro plan at $89/month and Business plan at $229/month, all billed monthly. All new accounts start with the Free plan which provides permanent access to core features. No credit card is required to create an account.

The Free plan provides permanent access to core features with no expiry. To access advanced features, you must subscribe to a paid plan. Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are not provided for partial months, but you may cancel at any time and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

All content, features, and functionality of niche.ltd — including but not limited to the KeySpy, ScribeAI, and PPC Analytics tools, algorithms, AI models, user interface design, documentation, and branding — are the exclusive property of niche.ltd and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for your own Amazon selling business. This license does not include any right to resell, sublicense, or distribute the platform or its content.

niche.ltd provides its services "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that our tools will produce specific results, increase your sales, or improve your Amazon rankings. The keyword data, AI recommendations, and analytics provided are for informational purposes and should be used at your own discretion.

In no event shall niche.ltd be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may cancel your subscription and close your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting destek@niche.ltd. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay subscription fees.

Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. You may request export of your data before account closure. After termination, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via email and/or a prominent notice on our platform at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
